Payment Terms

We collect full payment for the services booked.

No booking shall be considered final, reserved, or operationally committed unless full payment has been received and the booking has been accepted by us.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy

Our Responsibilities

Our responsibility is limited to the scope of service that has been specifically agreed upon and confirmed with the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for providing correct, complete, and timely information, including:

  • name and contact details

  • pickup and delivery details

  • pet details

  • health and behavior disclosures

  • travel dates

  • vaccination or fitness documents

  • ownership or authorization details

  • identification documents

  • destination compliance requirements

The customer must ensure that all submitted information is accurate and that all required disclosures are made honestly and in advance.

Pet Health, Behavior, and Owner Declarations

By booking our services, the customer confirms that:

  • the pet details provided are true and accurate

  • the pet is legally owned or lawfully presented for transport

  • all known medical, behavioral, and safety-related information has been disclosed

  • the pet is fit for travel unless clearly disclosed otherwise

  • any special care requirement has been communicated before booking confirmation

We may request documents such as:

  • vaccination records

  • fitness certificate

  • ID proof

  • address proof

  • owner authorization

  • travel declarations

  • any other required service or compliance documents

Crate and Carrier Compliance

The customer must ensure that the pet is provided with a suitable crate or carrier where required, according to route, travel mode, and applicable safety standards.

If the crate or carrier is found unsuitable, unsafe, undersized, or non-compliant, we may:

  • refuse movement

  • require replacement

  • delay the service

  • revise applicable charges

Sedation and Medication Disclaimer

Any decision relating to sedation, tranquilizers, or medication must be taken only under qualified veterinary advice and under the customer’s full responsibility.

We are not responsible for complications, distress, rejection, delay, behavioral changes, medical consequences, or any other issues arising from sedation, medication, undisclosed treatment, or pre-existing health conditions.

Restricted Pets, Breeds, Species, and Destinations

Certain pets, breeds, species, or destinations may be restricted due to:

  • airline rules

  • carrier restrictions

  • veterinary limitations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • our liability is limited to the amount actually paid to us for the relevant confirmed service

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, emotional, or business loss

  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact timing, third-party approvals, or risk-free movement in all cases

  • no liability shall arise from customer error, non-disclosure, invalid documentation, pet health issues, restricted conditions, or third-party actions outside our control

Partial Service Failure, Credit, or Adjustment

In the event of partial service disruption, non-completion, or service variation, any credit or adjustment, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the company after deducting already incurred operational and third-party costs.

No refund, credit, or compensation shall be automatic unless expressly approved by the company in writing.
